I typically observe a major difference in my skin, my menstrual cycle are a lot more bearable, my slightly high tummy goes all the way down and I loose about 7 pounds. Now, its true people loose a lot more than that but seriously if you do not make wise choices after completing the diet you WILL gain all the weight back and perhaps a few more.
So my admonition, after you’ve lost the weight do not go out on an eating frenzy after the 10 days.
